Rhodes currently is the CEO of Dental Care Alliance, one of the nation’s premier dental service organizations. He joined DCA as a board member in September 2015 and became CEO in August of 2017. Prior to this position, Jerry was the Executive Chairman of Baymark Health. Baymark is one of the nation’s fastest growing and leading companies in the fight against opiate addition and abuse. In addition, he has been a board member of several major companies in the behavioral healthcare field and multi-site healthcare. Jerry was also the CEO of CRC Health, one of the nation’s largest providers of Behavioral Healthcare. CRC was a Bain Capital-sponsored company and was sold in 2015 to Acadia Healthcare for $1.2B – one of the largest deals transacted in behavioral healthcare. Jerry joined CRC Health Group in 2003 and was instrumental in developing it into the nation’s leading provider of behavioral treatment services. With over 120 programs, CRC operated a broad array of programs across the behavioral healthcare spectrum, from acute psychiatric hospitals, to residential treatment facilities, adolescent treatment centers, eating disorders programs and myriad outpatient programs spanning most of the nation. Jerry held a number of senior operating roles at CRC and was appointed COO in 2010.

Prior to joining CRC, he was the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Comprehensive Addictions Programs Inc. (CAPs). CAPs was a privately held company backed by several venture capital investors that, under his leadership, became a national, full-service addiction treatment provider with 18 programs. CAPS was a pioneer in identifying the burgeoning opiate epidemic and the development of medication addiction programs to respond to the problem. The company was acquired by CRC in February 2003. Before founding CAPS, he had a number of roles focused on development in the long-term care field. Rhodes was the Director of Development for Beverly Enterprises, at the time the nation’s largest publicly held nursing home company. Prior to his position at Beverly, he held several business development roles at Manor Care. Jerry is also on the boards of several companies that span diverse healthcare services for several major private equity firms, including Springstone Hospitals and National Spine and Pain. He has also served on the boards of several major associations in the behavioral and addiction fields.

Jerry was awarded the prestigious Nyswander Dole award in 2013, from the American Association, for the treatment of Opiate dependence for his work in the field.
