Pete Clarke is a seasoned healthcare executive with more than 20 years of experience leading complex, large-scale transformation initiatives across the United States, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. He brings a proven ability to scale operations, drive enterprise value, and introduce innovative care models across digital and traditional healthcare delivery systems. At his core, Pete believes that lasting operational performance is built on values-driven cultures where people are developed, trusted, and held to high standards.

Most recently, Pete led the strategic U.S. rollout of high-volume hemodiafiltration (HDF), spearheading the introduction of next-generation dialysis technologies and advancing new clinical care models designed to improve patient outcomes. His work reflects a consistent focus on operational excellence, clinical innovation, and sustainable growth.

Previously, Pete served as an Executive Consultant within the Care Delivery International division at Fresenius Medical Care, where he oversaw various market exits while leading regional expansion initiatives. As Co-Founder of Diversa Health in Australia, he helped build one of the country’s first digital health platforms dedicated to type 2 diabetes remission, positioning the company at the forefront of preventative and outcomes-based care.

Earlier in his career, Pete held several senior leadership roles at DaVita, including Vice President of Operations for Europe and the Middle East and General Manager of Colombia. In these roles, he led successful operational turnarounds, de novo market expansion, and clinical performance improvements across diverse and complex healthcare environments.

Pete holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BBA in Finance from Emory University. Born in Jamaica and now based in Atlanta, he and his wife are the proud parents of four young adult children. Outside of his professional work, Pete enjoys international travel, CrossFit, and spending time outdoors with his family.
