As Chief Financial Officer of Discovery Behavioral Health, Will oversees enterprise‑wide financial strategy, capital structure, and financial operations, partnering closely with executive leadership to support DBH’s mission of expanding access to high‑quality, evidence‑based behavioral healthcare nationwide. His work focuses on ensuring financial decisions align with clinical excellence, operational scalability, and long‑term value creation.

Will brings more than a decade of experience in private equity finance, with particular expertise in mergers & acquisitions, financial planning and analysis, accounting operations, and value creation. Prior to serving as CFO, he was the Vice President of Finance and Accounting at DBH and previously supported private equity investments and operational transformations across multi‑site and business services organizations.

Will earned his master’s degree in accounting from Auburn University and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, volunteering in his church, and playing golf whenever he can find the time.
